Mr. Carty has over 18 years of international industry experience, onshore and offshore, with a focus on asset development and management, and engineering and production operations throughout Asia Pacific and Europe. Mr. Carty was appointed Managing Director, Ireland Business Unit in September 2020. Previously, he held the position of Operations Manager, Australia Business Unit where he was responsible for the management of the Wandoo operations, including production, HSE, engineering, OPEX and CAPEX. Prior to joining Vermilion, he was in positions with increasing leadership responsibilities, starting at BHP and progressing through ENI, Chevron and Origin Energy.

Mr. Lake has over 30 years industry experience in offshore and onshore Australian and New Zealand producing basins primarily in technical and operational/asset management roles. Prior to joining Vermilion, Mr. Lake spent ten years as the Operations Manager for Apache Energy in Australia. Previous to that, he was the Operations Manager/Asset Manager for Ampolex through the expansion of Wandoo A and engineering, design and development of Wandoo B. Mr. Lake has had previous operations and drilling management positions with Santos/Delhi in the Cooper Basin, Esso’s Base Strait Bream enhancement program and WMC’s Carnavon Basin and New Zealand operated assets.

Mr. Liutkus has 20 years of diverse domestic and international experience primarily focused in engineering and operations. Mr. Liutkus started with Vermilion in Canada in 2006, first as a Drilling Engineer, where he had international responsibility for efficient planning and execution of development and exploration drilling projects in Australia, France and the Netherlands, before progressing to Drilling and Completions Manager. In 2013, Mr. Liutkus transferred to France as Manager, European Technical Services. In this role, Mr. Liutkus worked closely with the European Business Units to ensure that all Drilling and Completion operations and Asset Integrity were managed to meet HSE, operating and budget expectations. He also managed Facilities Engineering and Workover operations in France. In 2016, he transferred to Germany, where he managed the Germany Business Unit Operations team and the European drilling program. In 2018, he was promoted to Managing Director, Germany Business Unit. Prior to joining Vermilion, he worked in well engineering roles with Chevron.

Mr. Nothhelfer has 30 years of international oil and gas experience, including project management, production operations, and HSE management with Elf Aquitaine and Total SA. In his previous industry roles, he was involved in several major projects in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, France and Italy. Mr. Nothhelfer was appointed Managing Director of the France Business Unit in February 2018, and prior to that was Technical Services Manager for the Business Unit.

Mr. Seatter has over 15 years of diverse domestic and international industry experience primarily focused on engineering, asset management, business development, production operations and external relations. He joined Vermilion in 2007 as an exploitation/production engineer working on the Southern Foothills assets in Canada and, in 2009, relocated to France where he held several technical and managerial roles supporting both Vermilion’s France and Netherlands business units. Mr. Seatter was appointed Managing Director, United States Business Unit in April 2018. Prior to that he served as Managing Director, Netherlands Business unit, and as Asset Manager, Paris Basin in our France Business Unit. Prior to joining Vermilion, Mr. Seatter held the position of exploitation engineer at Vital Energy Ltd., a Calgary-based junior energy company.

Mr. Sralla was with ExxonMobil subsidiary XTO Energy from 2013 to 2015 as their North American Exploration Team Lead, advising on conventional and unconventional exploration projects in North America and internationally. Prior to that role, he was ExxonMobil Exploration New Ventures Senior Technical Advisor for Europe and the Caspian, during which time he worked extensively on the CEE region. Mr. Stralla's prior assignments included senior technical roles at XTO Energy before it was purchased by ExxonMobil, and at several independent energy companies in the US prior to XTO.

Mr. Tummers joined Vermilion in 2012, and has held various engineering and management roles, applying his extensive and well-rounded background in HSE, asset and business development, and public and government relations. Prior to becoming Managing Director of the Netherlands Business Unit in February 2018, Sven was Commercial Manager for the Business Unit. Prior to joining Vermilion, Sven gained valuable experience in project management, finance and risk management.

Mr. Iwanicki has over 14 years of experience in energy markets, in both analytical and market facing roles. Mr. Iwanicki joined Vermilion in 2016, as Risk Manager in the Marketing group, and became Director, Marketing in 2019 to manage oil and gas marketing sales strategy in addition to running the hedging program. Prior to joining Vermilion he was a Market Fundamentals Analyst in BP’s Energy Economics team in London, held Market Fundamentals Analyst and Hedging roles at ARC Resources, and was the Risk Manager for Baytex Energy.

Ms. Jeffery has over 30 years of international sustainability and communications experience, with more than eight years in the energy sector. Ms. Jeffery joined Vermilion’s community investment and communications team in 2013, where she has since led sustainability strategy and reporting, community investment and internal communications. She previously held leadership and communications roles specializing in the intersection of business, community and sustainable development, including at the Calgary Herald. Ms. Jeffery began her career with 10 years as a logistics officer in the Canadian Army, serving across the country and on a United Nations’ peacekeeping mission in Cambodia. Ms. Jeffery currently serves on the Board of Governors of Commissionaires Southern Alberta.

Mr. Kalanuk has over 16 years of accounting and finance experience predominately focused in the oil and gas sector. Mr. Kalanuk joined Vermilion in 2006 as Supervisor, Financial Reporting and was promoted to Operations Controller in 2011. In 2015, Mr. Kalanuk accepted a secondment role in Vermilion’s Investor Relations group and returned to the Operations Controller role in 2017. Mr. Kalanuk was promoted to Director, Operations Accounting in 2018. Prior to joining Vermilion, Mr. Kalanuk was Controller at Vantis International Corporation and prior thereto held various positions at Deloitte.

Mr. Kremnica has over 22 years of domestic and international experience in the oil and gas industry primarily in engineering, production operations and asset management. Mr. Kremnica joined Vermilion in 2005 as a production engineer working on various Canadian assets. In 2009, he relocated to the Netherlands where he initially led the facilities and production engineering groups eventually assuming the role of Operations Manager. Mr. Kremnica returned to Canada in 2011 as Production Manager and in 2012 took on additional operational responsibilities as the Field Operations Manager. Prior to joining Vermilion, he worked in various operations, exploitation, project management and engineering roles, including reservoir, production, process and facilities with ConocoPhillips Canada and Chevron Canada Resources.

Mr. Rafter has over 37 years of oil and gas industry experience in the area of land management. Mr. Rafter joined Vermilion in 2011 as Manager, Negotiations and moved into the Manager, Land role in 2012, before being appointed Director, Land - Canada Business Unit in 2018. Prior to joining Vermilion, he worked for public and private entities in various roles encompassing a diverse range of experience in both domestic and international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, contracts and administration.

Mr. Reece has over 24 years of experience delivering value through business technology, data, analytics, automation, and innovation. Mr. Reece joined Vermilion in 2019 as Director, Information Technology & Information Systems. Prior to joining Vermilion, he was responsible for all aspects of technology, data & information management, and geomatics engineering at Enerplus Corporation. There he introduced analytics, automation, machine learning, and geospatial technologies to improve operating metrics, and lead a cross-functional team that designed and implemented the corporate wide innovation program. Previous to that, Mr. Reece was Vice-President, Project Services at Decision Dynamics Technology, a publicly traded software company focused on enterprise asset management and project cost control for multinational EPC’s. Earlier in his career he held various roles of increasing responsibility in upstream oil and gas technology at Labrador Technologies and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.

Ms. Schraven has 20 years of international oil and gas experience. Ms. Schraven joined Vermilion in 2014, as HR Manager, Global Services, and was promoted to Director, People & Culture in December 2020. In this role, Ms. Schraven is responsible for strategic leadership in the development and management of programs and services to attract, retain and engage talent, and ultimately strengthen organizational excellence through individual and team performance. Prior to joining Vermilion, Ms. Schraven worked for Schlumberger for 12 years in Calgary and overseas, holding various HR leadership positions in the UK and North Sea region.
