De energietransitie is een van de grootste maatschappelijke uitdagingen van deze tijd. De energiesector is continu in beweging. Bij Vermilion sta je hier middenin. Dat maakt werken bij Vermilion boeiend en maatschappelijk relevant. Wij zijn een informele organisatie met korte lijnen. Bij Vermilion houden we van mensen die initiatief durven te nemen. Die vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid krijg je ook van ons.
Great Place to Work is een onafhankelijk onderzoek naar medewerkerstevredenheid. Dit onderzoek wordt jaarlijks uitgevoerd. Van 2014 tot 2021 heeft Vermilion in Nederland het certificaat ‘Great Place to Work’ ontvangen. Van november 2023 tot november 2024 zijn we weer gecertificeerd als Great Place to Work!
Of je nu jong of oud bent, man of vrouw, hoog of lager opgeleid: wij hebben een divers personeelsbestand. Veel van onze medewerkers zijn Nederlands, ook het management. Wij vinden het belangrijk om zoveel mogelijk te werken met mensen uit de regio’s waarin wij actief zijn. Bij onze activiteiten in Friesland kom je dus veel Friezen tegen. Maar bij Vermilion werk je ook samen met internationale collega’s. Bijvoorbeeld uit Canada, Frankrijk, Duitsland en zelfs Nieuw-Zeeland. Dat geeft werken bij Vermilion soms ook een internationaal karakter.
