The climate plan is a political roadmap enacted by the government and the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition, published on July 6, 2017 on the Ministry’s website. This climate plan mentions the government’s commitment to “leave hydrocarbons in the ground”. The law adopted on December 30, 2017 sets the conditions for the exercise of our activity :
We will complete the current authorizations and, where appropriate, request renewals until 2040. We will continue to produce French oil in a respectful and sustainable manner, while developing local environmentally responsible projects and preparing for the future.
