Vermilion is committed, through rigorous management of the pipelines it operates, to collect and transport oil under the best environmental and technical conditions.
As part of our monitoring and maintenance plans for rights-of-way and pipelines (validated by the State services), Vermilion continually ensures that oil is transported under the best possible safety conditions.
A dedicated team of about 10 technicians is responsible for ensuring the integrity of our facilities, including monitoring work carried out by third parties, inspections, maintenance and possible repairs of pipelines, corrosion prevention, pollution control.
In France, Vermilion uses a network of approximately 1,000 km of pipelines to collect and transport its production.
