Whoever causes damage must deal with it properly. This is a principle that is as simple as it is self-evident and applies to all citizens and companies in the Netherlands. So also for us. We therefore compensate all damage resulting from our activities. Because we attach great importance to an independent assessment, we have been affiliated with the national counter for mining damage of the national government since the summer of 2020. Relieving people who have suffered damage is the main task of this committee. This committee is completely independent and assesses every claim. The judgment of the committee is always binding.
