Established in 2014, Vermilion Energy Germany GmbH & Co KG (“Vermilion Energy Germany”) is the German based operating subsidiary of Vermilion Energy Inc., a publicly traded company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with operations located in Canada, the United States, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Ireland and Australia. We explore for, develop and produce hydrocarbon resources in a sustainable and socially responsible manner.
Vermilion Energy Germany maintains its corporate offices in Schönefeld, while its principal activities are located in Lower Saxony in the heartland of German oil and gas production activities.
Originally founded in 1994, Vermilion is a progressive and socially conscious company that believes our success is due, in part, to our continued focus on ensuring that health, safety and the environment take precedence over all other factors of our business.
