In 2016, Vermilion produced approximately 906,295 boe (or 2,483 boe/d) of natural gas in Germany through a non-operated interest in a gas field consisting of a four-partner consortium.
In 2016, country-wide German production was approximately 2.36 million tons of oil and 7.8 billion m3 of treated gas for total production of about 180,000 boe/d. Consumption was approximately 95 billion m3 of treated gas (261 million m3 per day) and 105.7 million tons (approximately. 290,000 tons per day) of oil consumption.
