Vermilion provides funding each year to local organisations and projects that make a lasting positive difference in Erris. Three grant streams are available, focusing on community wellbeing, environmental stewardship and emergency response.
Supports community and voluntary organisations in the Erris region. Funding is available for local projects that:
Open for applications once a year, typically in spring.
We partner with local organisations that share our commitment to environmental stewardship.
Grants are available for projects that conserve nature, promote biodiversity, or protect local habitats in the Erris area.
This programme supports local emergency response organisations in Erris that help keep our communities safe. Grants help fund equipment, training, and safety initiatives.
All funded requests must meet the criteria below. These parameters help ensure alignment to our community investment strategy, and help us respond to requests from the community in a consistent, fair and transparent manner.
