Owner Account
Your owner account provides secure information including payment-detail information, payment election, and reports and forms. Owner profile information is password-protected and accessible only to you, the owner. There is no charge for this online service.

Invoice Submission
Please submit all invoices to accounts payable using the email address provided below:
Direct Deposit
VET offers owners the option to receive revenue payments via direct deposit, which is free, secure and will save you time. Click the link below to enroll.
Change of Address
Our system needs your correct address, so we can mail you important owner information, such as your annual 1099 Form. If you have an address change, please complete and return the “Change of Address Form” below.
Other Changes
Please notify Vermilion in writing if you have changes related to the following:
- Tax ID Number/Social Security number
- Name
- Marital status
- Passing away of interest owner
- Transfers of ownership, such as trusts/partnerships, estate proceedings, and bankruptcies
