Our People

Our People

In France, Vermilion is a dynamic and growing company that employs nearly 400 people (direct and indirect jobs).

Vermilion strives to attract and retain the best talent, and to create a great place to work –because the best technologies only reach their potential through the efforts of the best teams. Focused on continuous improvement, Vermilion ensures our employees have the benefit of our comprehensive human resources policies and practices, notably through a confidential annual employee satisfaction survey.

We owe these numerous recognitions to the active involvement of our talented team, and to our ability to offer our employees and subcontractors a stimulating work environment in which the values of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit are just as important as the resources we extract from the subsurface.
