Mr. Donadeo has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including mergers and acquisitions, production, exploitation, field operations and gas marketing in North America, Australia, Europe, and Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Donadeo was one of the founders of Vermilion Energy in 1994 and currently serves as Executive Chairman (since 2020). From 2016 to 2020 he served as Chair of the Board. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Donadeo served as the Chief Executive Officer. From 2003 to 2014, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1994 to 2002, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, including when Vermilion made its international forays into France in 1996, and Trinidad and Tobago in 1999 through Aventura Energy Inc. In these roles, Mr. Donadeo also launched the development of Vermilion’s sustainability program, including supporting the geothermal Tomato Greenhouse project in France in 2008, and provided a leadership role in developing Vermilion’s best-in-class HSE program, robust Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and strategic charitable giving and community engagement program. Mr. Donadeo was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vermilion when Vermilion founded Verenex in 2004, a company that was subsequently active in Libya and was subsequently sold. Prior to Vermilion, he worked at Dome Petroleum and Amoco Canada, as well as at a private oil and gas company. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Casadona Group, a private investment company.

Mr. Hatcher has over 25 years of industry experience focused on production and operations engineering, asset management and business development, working onshore and offshore in Europe and Canada. Mr. Hatcher joined Vermilion in 2006 as an exploitation engineer on the France team and in 2008 progressed to the role France Exploitation Manager. In 2010, he assumed responsibility for managing the development of Vermillion’s extensive Cardium and Mannville land position in the Drayton Valley area; successfully growing production from 7,000 boe/d to over 17,000 boe/d. In November 2020, Mr. Hatcher was appointed Vice President, North America following his most recent position as Vice President, Canada Business Unit, which he held from 2016 through October 2020. Prior to that, Mr. Hatcher served as Director Alberta Foothills, Canada Business Unit. Prior to joining Vermilion, Mr. Hatcher worked in various engineering, operations, exploitation and project management roles with Chevron Canada Resources.

Mr. Glemser has over 15 years of experience, primarily in the financial area of oil and gas operations. Mr. Glemser joined Vermilion in 2015 as Operations Controller, and moved into an Investor Relations role in 2017 before advancing to Director of Finance in January, 2018. In April 2018, he was appointed Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He has more than a decade of industry experience with diverse roles in finance/treasury, corporate planning and corporate development with Vermilion and previously with Lightstream Resources and Tristar Oil & Gas.

Mr. Hergott has 34 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, of which more than 30 years have been in marketing. Prior to joining Vermilion in 2012, he spent 16 years working for Marathon Petroleum Corporation with the last 14 years heading up the Marathon Petroleum Canadian Supply and Trading subsidiary. Previously he headed up the crude oil, natural gas liquids and sulphur marketing group for Numac Energy, an Alberta based public oil & gas company and worked for Mobil Oil Canada in the crude oil and ngl supply and trading marketing group.

Ms. Jeffery has over 30 years of international sustainability and communications experience, with more than eight years in the energy sector. Ms. Jeffery joined Vermilion’s community investment and communications team in 2013, where she has since led sustainability strategy and reporting, community investment and internal communications. She previously held leadership and communications roles specializing in the intersection of business, community and sustainable development, including at the Calgary Herald. Ms. Jeffery began her career with 10 years as a logistics officer in the Canadian Army, serving across the country and on a United Nations’ peacekeeping mission in Cambodia. Ms. Jeffery currently serves on the Board of Governors of Commissionaires Southern Alberta.

Mr. Kerwin has 25 years of industry experience, with a focus on engineering and production operations in North America, West Africa, Australia, and Europe. Previously, he held the position of Managing Director, Ireland Business Unit from February 2018 through August 2020, Managing Director, France Business Unit from March 2014, and Facilities Engineering Manager from January 2011. Mr. Kerwin joined Vermilion in 2005 as the Interim General Manager of our Australia Business Unit. After his assignment in Australia, he spent five years in the France Business Unit leading facilities engineering and asset integrity functions before returning to Canada in 2011. Prior to joining Vermilion, he worked in various engineering and project management roles with Chevron in Canada, Houston and Nigeria.

Mr. Kremnica has over 25 years of domestic and international experience in the oil and gas industry primarily in engineering, production operations and asset management. In 2008, he relocated to the Netherlands where he initially led the facilities and production engineering groups eventually assuming the role of Operations Manager. Mr. Kremnica returned to Canada in 2011 as Production Manager and in 2014 took on additional operational responsibilities as Director, Field Operations. Prior to joining Vermilion, he worked in various operations, exploitation, project management and engineering roles, including reservoir, production, process and facilities with ConocoPhillips Canada and Chevron Canada Resources.

Mr. Preston has over 20 years of experience, including 12 years as a sell side equity analyst covering the energy sector. Prior to joining Vermilion in 2016, Mr. Preston was a Director, Energy Research Analyst at National Bank Financial covering large to medium sized oil and gas companies, including Vermilion Energy and many of its peers, and held similar roles at Canaccord Genuity, Salman Partners and BNP Paribas. Earlier in his career, Mr. Preston spent five years working in various financial roles at ExxonMobil and Shell.

Ms. Schraven has over 20 years of international industry experience, including 15 years in human resources. Prior to joining Vermilion in 2014, Ms. Schraven spent 13 years at Schlumberger, working first with economics and risk software, before transitioning into human resources. Ms. Schraven spent 4 years working in the UK, as a training, development and staffing leader in the North Sea region, followed by human resource management for a reservoir and production engineering centre. Upon returning to Canada, she was the human resources manager for a drilling division of Schlumberger. Since December 2020, Ms. Schraven has been the champion of Vermilion’s people and culture strategy.

Mr. Schut joined Vermilion in 2012 as Vice President European Operations; he has been part of the gradual expansion of our European operations in France, The Netherlands and Ireland and new country entries into Germany, Hungary, Croatia and Slovakia. He has over 30 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry including strong HSE, subsurface, operations, asset development, acquisitions and divestitures experience. Prior to joining Vermilion, he was the General Manager of Chevron's E&P business in The Netherlands, responsible for business development and production activities offshore. There he successfully led the acquisition and development of industry firsts in shallow gas development in the North Sea. During his 10 year tenure with Unocal in Thailand, Mr. Schut successfully introduced slimhole drilling with monobore completions, reducing capital cost and improving recovery efficiency. He also initiated the fast-track appraisal and development of the Plamuk, Surat and Yala oil reservoirs in the predominantly gas-rich area around Platong, resulting in oil production rates reaching over 50,000 boe/d and booked reserves exceeding 300 MMboe's.

Mr. Tan has over 20 years of experience in exploration, development, and commercial negotiation in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia in both technical and managerial roles. Mr. Tan joined Vermilion in 2010 in the Business Development group. Mr. Tan became Director of New Ventures in 2013 and was named Vice President of Business Development in 2017. Prior to joining Vermilion, he was Asset Team Leader at ConocoPhillips Canada, managing production and development activities in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Mr. Tan's earlier commercial and technical experience included work in various ConocoPhillips operating subsidiaries in the U.S. Gulf Coast, China and Indonesia.
