Corporate Officers

Dion Hatcher, P.Eng.
President & Chief Executive Officer
| Experience |
| Mr. Hatcher has over 25 years of industry experience focused on production and operations engineering, asset management and business development, working onshore and offshore in Europe and Canada. Mr. Hatcher joined Vermilion in 2006 as an exploitation engineer on the France team and in 2008 progressed to the role France Exploitation Manager. In 2010, he assumed responsibility for managing the development of Vermillion’s extensive Cardium and Mannville land position in the Drayton Valley area. In March 2023, Mr. Hatcher was promoted to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, and appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Previously, Mr. Hatcher was President of the Company, which he held from January 2022, Vice President, North America, from November 2020, and Vice President, Canada Business Unit from 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Hatcher served as Director Alberta Foothills, Canada Business Unit. Prior to joining Vermilion, Mr. Hatcher worked in various engineering, operations, exploitation and project management roles with Chevron Canada Resources. |

Lars Glemser
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Glemser has over 20 years of experience, primarily in the financial area of oil and gas operations. Mr. Glemser joined Vermilion in 2015 as Operations Controller and moved into an Investor Relations role in 2017 before advancing to Director of Finance in January 2018. In April 2018, he was appointed Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He has more than a decade of industry experience with diverse roles in finance/treasury, corporate planning and corporate development with Vermilion and previously with Lightstream Resources and Tristar Oil & Gas. |

Darcy Kerwin
Vice President, International & HSE
| Experience |
Mr. Kerwin has over 25 years of industry experience, with a focus on engineering and production operations in North America, West Africa, Australia, and Europe. Mr. Kerwin was appointed Vice President, International & HSE in November 2020 following his most recent position as Vice President, Strategic Planning. Previously, he held the position of Managing Director, Ireland Business Unit from February 2018 through August 2020, Managing Director, France Business Unit from March 2014, and Facilities Engineering Manager from January 2011. Mr. Kerwin joined Vermilion in 2005 as the Interim General Manager of our Australia Business Unit. After his assignment in Australia, he spent five years in the France Business Unit leading facilities engineering and asset integrity functions before returning to Canada in 2011. Prior to joining Vermilion, he worked in various engineering and project management roles with Chevron in Canada, Houston and Nigeria. |

Randy McQuaig, P.Eng.

Mr. McQuaig has over 30 years of industry experience, focused on engineering, asset management and business development. Mr. McQuaig joined Vermilion in 2013 and was appointed Vice President, North America in February 2024. Previously, he held roles including Director, Canada Business Unit Assets, Manager, Saskatchewan Assets and Business Development professional. Prior to joining Vermilion, Randy was a founding member and President & CEO of several successful junior oil and gas companies. |

Lara Conrad, P.Eng.

Ms. Conrad has over 25 years of experience across the energy sector, with a focus in development engineering, strategy and business development. Prior to joining Vermilion, Ms. Conrad held leadership roles in engineering, geosciences, business development, joint ventures, strategic planning, reserves, government relations and legal. Most recently, she was part of the executive team as SVP, Chief Development Officer at ARC Resources. Prior to ARC, she led fiscal, regulatory, and environmental policy at Encana. Ms. Conrad joined Vermilion in May 2025. Ms. Conrad serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Calgary and Area and was the 2022 Campaign Co-Chair. |

Tamar Epstein
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Ms. Epstein has over 20 years of experience as a legal advisor, with a majority spent in the energy industry primarily focused on operations, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory, environment and corporate governance. Ms. Epstein joined Vermilion in 2023 as its first general counsel. Prior to Vermilion, she worked in the energy tech and oil and gas industries and has held both technical and leadership roles, including in sustainability, in companies ranging from start-up to multi-national. Ms. Epstein formerly sat on the Board of the Explorers & Producers Association of Canada (EPAC) and currently sits on the board of Calgary Economic Development. |

Terry Hergott, CPA, CMA

Mr. Hergott has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, of which more than 30 years have been in marketing. Prior to joining Vermilion in 2012, he spent 16 years working for Marathon Petroleum Corporation with the last 14 years heading up the Marathon Petroleum Canadian Supply and Trading subsidiary. Previously he headed up the crude oil, natural gas liquids and sulphur marketing group for Numac Energy, an Alberta based public oil & gas company and worked for Mobil Oil Canada in the crude oil and ngl supply and trading marketing group. |

Yvonne Jeffery, MSc (dist), ICD.D
Vice President, Sustainability
| Experience |
Ms. Jeffery has over 30 years of international sustainability and communications experience, with more than a decade in the energy sector. Ms. Jeffery joined Vermilion’s community investment and communications team in 2013, where she has since led sustainability strategy and reporting, community investment and communications. She previously held leadership and communications roles specializing in the intersection of business, community and sustainable development, including at the Calgary Herald. Ms. Jeffery began her career with 10 years as a logistics officer in the Canadian Army, serving across the country and on a United Nations’ peacekeeping mission in Cambodia. Recognized in 2025 as a Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winner, Ms. Jeffery currently serves on the Board of Governors of Commissionaires Southern Alberta, and the Canadian Sustainability Standards Board. |

Mr. MacDonald has over 20 years of industry experience, leading teams in the finding and development of both conventional and unconventional energy resources in multiple basins worldwide. Prior to joining Vermilion in 2019 as Chief Geoscientist, North America, Mr. MacDonald held senior technical, business development, and leadership roles at Encana, Enerplus and EOG Resources; and was most recently Vice President, Exploration at Velvet Energy. |

Averyl Schraven
Vice President, People & Culture
| Experience |
Ms. Schraven has over 25 years of international industry experience, including 15 years in human resources. Prior to joining Vermilion in 2014, Ms. Schraven spent 13 years at Schlumberger, working first with economics and risk software, before transitioning into human resources. Ms. Schraven spent 4 years working in the UK, as a training, development and staffing leader in the North Sea region, followed by human resource management for a reservoir and production engineering centre. Upon returning to Canada, she was the human resources manager for a drilling division of Schlumberger. |

Gerard Schut, P.Eng.
Vice President, European Operations

Mr. Schut joined Vermilion in 2012 as Vice President European Operations; he has been part of the gradual expansion of our European operations in France, The Netherlands and Ireland and new country entries into Germany, Hungary, Croatia and Slovakia. He has over 35 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry including strong HSE, subsurface, operations, asset development, acquisitions and divestitures experience. Prior to joining Vermilion, he was the General Manager of Chevron’s E&P business in The Netherlands, responsible for business development and production activities offshore. There he successfully led the acquisition and development of industry firsts in shallow gas development in the North Sea. |

Ryan Carty, B.Sc. M.Eng.
Australia Business Unit

Mr. Carty has over 20 years of international experience, both onshore and offshore. Primarily focused on asset development, engineering and production operations, primarily throughout Asia Pacific and Europe. Mr. Carty was appointed Managing Director, Australia Business Unit in July 2023. Previously, he held the position Managing Director, Ireland Business Unit where he was responsible for the management of the Corrib operations, including HSE, production, engineering, and development activities. Prior to joining Vermilion, he held positions of increasing leadership responsibilities, starting at BHP petroleum and progressing through ENI, Chevron International and Origin Energy. |

Jeff Davies, P.Eng.
Germany Business Unit

Mr. Davies has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily focused on engineering, operations, and asset management of both oil and gas properties. Mr. Davies joined Vermilion in 2016 as the Team Lead of Facilities Engineering in the Netherlands Business Unit and was promoted to Engineering Manager in 2018. Mr. Davies then relocated to the Central and Eastern European Business Unit in 2020 where he took on the role of Engineering Manager, was then appointed Asset Manager in 2021 and promoted to Managing Director for the CEE Business Unit in 2022. Prior to joining Vermilion, Mr. Davies held various roles at two major Canadian oil and gas companies and started his international experience in 2011 in Albania where he held team lead and management roles. |

Pantxika Etcheverry
France Business Unit
| Experience |
Ms. Etcheverry has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. After a short period at the Bureau de Recherche Géologique et Minières and ATOFINA (now TOTAL), she began her career as an environmental engineer at Vermilion in 2003, serving in various roles, including Permitting and Environment Manager and HSE and Regulatory Affairs Director before becoming Managing Director in 2023. Ms Etcheverry has been particularly involved in the development of Vermilion’s conventional oil assets and the execution of drilling and geophysical acquisition work in France. She has also contributed to the reform projects of the Mining Code, and the development of a new semi-quantitative approach to risk assessment of deep well integrity. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the GEFISS project, focused on subsurface engineering, and is member of the Board of Directors of UFIP ENERGIES ET MOBILITE. |

Marius Nowak, P.Eng.

Mr. Nowak has 19 years of international oil and gas experience in asset management, major capital projects, operations, and business development. Mr. Nowak was appointed Managing Director of the Central and Eastern European Business Unit in 2024. He previously joined Vermilion’s Netherlands Business Unit in 2019 where he delivered production and capital budgets as well as cost optimisation and digital initiatives. Prior to joining Vermilion, Mr. Nowak held diverse leadership roles as management consultant at McKinsey and technical manager at Sinopec. He started his career as a petroleum engineer at Shell. |

Jarlath Trench
Ireland Business Unit
| Experience |
Jarlath began his career on the Corrib asset in Ireland in 2008, after having worked in the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) sector across various industries in Ireland since 1999. He advanced through several HSE roles during the construction and operations phases of Corrib. In 2020, he was appointed by Vermilion to Operations Manager for the asset, where he assumed responsibility for production, operations, maintenance, engineering, and subsea activities. In 2023, Jarlath was promoted to Managing Director of the Vermilion Ireland business unit. |

Sven Tummers, Msc, CDir

Mr. Tummers joined Vermilion in 2012, and has held various engineering and management roles, applying his extensive and well-rounded background in HSE, asset and business development, and public and government relations. Mr. Tummers was appointed Managing Director of the Germany and Netherlands Business Units in October 2021. Previously, he held the position of Managing Director, Netherlands Business Unit since his appointment in 2018, and was formerly the Commercial Manager for the Netherlands Business Unit. Prior to joining Vermilion, Mr. Tummers gained valuable experience in project management, finance and risk management. |
